We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account credentials, profile preferences, timezone, feedback messages, and practice responses submitted for AI evaluation. We may also collect usage information such as session frequency, selected scenarios, feature interactions, device type, operating system, browser, approximate region, app version, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to create and maintain your account, provide practice scenarios, generate AI scoring and feedback, sync your history across devices, manage subscription access, respond to support requests, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
Your practice responses and related scenario context may be processed by AI service providers so we can generate scores, feedback, rewrites, and suggestions. We send only the information needed to provide the requested feature. AI feedback is educational and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
4. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate SituMind, such as hosting, database, analytics, payment, authentication, email, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are authorized to use the information only to provide services to us.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other payment platforms depending on where you subscribe. We receive subscription status and limited transaction metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers.
6. Data Retention
We keep account information and practice records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the app. After deletion, we remove or anonymize associated personal data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
