Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SituMind, including our website, apps, subscriptions, AI feedback, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SituMind, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
SituMind provides AI-powered communication practice, including realistic scenarios, response drafting, scoring, feedback, rewrites, progress tracking, and related learning tools. Features may vary by platform, region, account type, and subscription status.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the practice responses, feedback messages, and other content you submit. You grant SituMind a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
5. AI Feedback
AI-generated scores, comments, rewrites, and suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. They are provided for educational practice only and are not professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use any feedback.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse SituMind, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, bypass limits, scrape data, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe others’ rights, or use the service to generate abusive, deceptive, or illegal material.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
SituMind Pro may be offered as a recurring subscription. Prices, limits, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the platform where you subscribed before the renewal deadline. Platform billing terms may also apply.
8. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another payment platform are handled according to that platform’s refund rules unless otherwise required by law.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account in the app. Deletion removes or anonymizes associated personal data and practice history, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
10. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SituMind at any time. We may also update limits, supported platforms, AI providers, or feature availability as the product evolves.
11. Disclaimers
SituMind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SituMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used SituMind unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, app, or other appropriate channels. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
