Account and sign-in help
If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the app or website. If you still cannot access your account, email support@situmind.com from the address connected to your account.
Subscription and billing
For App Store subscriptions, manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from the SituMind app account settings. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your personal data and practice history, except data we must retain for legal, security, or billing reasons.
Report a problem
For bugs, unexpected AI output, or content concerns, include your device model, app version, approximate time of the issue, and screenshots if helpful.
